el que se le acoge de la manera que se encuentra.<\/span> <\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se trata de soltar y explorar lo que est\u00e1 presente dentro de ti, <strong>sin necesidad de cambiarlo.<\/strong> <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante la sesi\u00f3n se van combinando diferentes ritmos y m\u00fasicas y termina con un momento de quietud y descanso. style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La escritura, al combinarse con una perspectiva terap\u00e9utica, se convierte en una <strong>herramienta muy potente<\/strong> para el <strong>crecimiento personal.<\/strong> <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Consiste en escribir sobre experiencias y emociones como forma de terapia, ayudando a procesar sentimientos, clarificar pensamientos y fomentar el autoconocimiento. En este espacio, tendr\u00e1s la oportunidad de <strong>expresarte de forma libre<\/strong> para explorar tus emociones y pensamientos a trav\u00e9s de la palabra escrita. Es una forma \u00edntima de entrar en contacto con uno mismo\/a, de explorar lo que hay dentro y de sanar a trav\u00e9s del proceso creativo y grupal.   <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Compartir lo que escribimos es opcional y muy recomendable. Escuchar las historias de otras personas nos ayuda a ver m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de nosotros mismos\/as, <strong>a validar nuestras propias emociones<\/strong> y sentirnos reconocido\/as. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Escuchar las historias de los dem\u00e1s ayuda a ampliar la mirada. Adem\u00e1s, dar voz a lo que me pasa piel adentro y compartirlo, me ayuda a legitimar mis emociones. Me doy cuenta de que quien me rodea <strong>no se aleja tanto de la realidad que vivo.<\/strong> Me valido y me siento reconocida en los textos ajenos. Y esto me calma.
